All information collected by MIR-Store is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, exchange, reveal, or in any way give your personal information, email address, or order status to any third party. We will not send you unsolicited mail, nor make any telephone calls not related to you order.

All credit card numbers are encrypted on a secure machine in our facilities. Only two supervisors have access to the complete credit card number (the last 4 digits of the credit card number may be accessed by more employees for verification purposes), and supervisor access of that machine is strictly monitored.

Mad Insanity Records will take every precaution to make sure your orders are safe and you are not mischarged. If you have ANY problems please Contact our customer service department to resolve them.

Returns and exchanges:

All sales are final. If you believe you have a defective product you can Contact Us as long as the item was purchased in less than 30 days. We will review them on a case by case basis.

Item out of stock.

The MIR-Store reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if an item you order is out of stock. When this happens, you will receive an Item Substitution Sheet explaining what was exchanged and why.

If you never received your item:

We process hundreds of orders a day here at the MIR-Store. Occasionally, some orders are delayed or do not get shipped out. If you have not received your order in the 10 Business Days allotted for each order, please contact us here: Contact Us . If you have contacted us and the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then you may receive another item of merchandise of equal or lesser value.
